For more than 20 years, WAPC has provided high volume debt collection services for credit unions, banks and financial institutions in collecting retail/credit card, medical and student loan delinquent payments from consumers. We also assist landlords in tenant rent collection.
Commercial Collection
At WAPC, clients that use our commercial collection services are typically financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, and credit unions who have granted commercial loans to other businesses that are delinquent on paying back their loans. We also extend our collection efforts in representing vendors of goods and services, insurance companies in subrogation matters and construction companies in lien suits.
