Subrogation
Successful enforcement of insurance claims for reimbursement for paid claims is important to the insurance industry. At WAPC we are experienced in handling subrogation matters relative to all matters where the insurance company has paid claims due to the fault of a third party. We also are well versed in enforcing both subrogation claims and subrogation liens in existing lawsuits where the carrier may have a claim for collection of paid claims.
