Raymond D. Waldrop Jr. attended Auburn University and graduated in 1980 with a degree emphasizing business law and accounting. He decided to pursue a legal career, and in 1983 Ray received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He has also been active with the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association and served as president of its Young Lawyers Section, a member of its Executive Committee and a member of its local Ethics Grievance Committee. He is also a member of: the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, American Collectors Association – Member Attorney’s Panel, Commercial Law League of America, and is listed in Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. With over 20 years of legal practice, Ray has acquired a broad knowledge and range of legal experience. He engages in a wide range of legal practice areas representing both businesses and individuals.

    Jennifer L. Allen is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Allen earned her B.A. summa cum laude in Applied Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Christian Brothers University in 2005. She earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from University of Memphis in December of 2008 and is admitted to practice in the states of Alabama and Tennessee. Ms. Allen graduated law school in the top of her class and was a member of The University of Memphis Law Review.

    Ms. Allen joined Waldrop and Associates, P.C. in 2009 shortly after relocating to Huntsville, AL, from Memphis. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Allen clerked for The University of Tennessee at Memphis and was a student attorney for the Memphis Area Legal Services Elder Law Clinic. In addition, Ms. Allen was a graduate assistant for one of her law professors from 2007 through 2008 and co-authored Flexible Tort Reform, 29 Hamline J. Pub. L. & Pol'y 61 (2007).
